How do I confirm my booking?
Once you submit the booking form or contact us directly, we'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your session details, discuss your learning goals, and finalize the schedule. You'll receive a confirmation email with all session information.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at full rate. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
How does payment work?
Payment is processed after each session or on a pre-arranged weekly or monthly schedule. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms. Payment details and invoices will be provided upon booking confirmation.
What format do the sessions take?
We offer both online and in-person sessions. Online tutoring is conducted via video conferencing platforms with interactive whiteboards and screen sharing. In-person sessions are available across Victoria and NSW at mutually convenient locations. All sessions are one-on-one or small group based on your preference.
Are your lessons aligned with VIC and NSW curriculums?
Absolutely! All our tutoring programs are meticulously designed to meet the specific requirements of both Victorian and NSW education standards. We stay updated with curriculum changes and align our lessons with VCAA and NESA requirements to ensure students receive relevant, exam-focused support.
How long are tutoring sessions?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, but we also offer 90-minute and 120-minute sessions for students requiring more intensive support or working through complex topics. Session length can be customized based on your learning needs and goals.

Sessions available weekdays from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We work around school schedules, extracurricular activities, and family commitments to find the perfect time slot.
